Item description and pricing errors?     We do our  best  to make sure that  the description, images, and prices are correct.  In the event that,  despite our best  efforts,  we make a mistake ,  we reserve the right to correct that mistake.  We will immediately notify you if any such correction is necessary. 

Order Cancellation    If for some reason you would like to cancel the order,  you may cancel it as long as the order has not  been processed and shipped by contacting  us at  info@somethingatrony.com  or by using  Contact  Form  on this page or on our  Contact us  page.

Shipping Domestic   In most  cases  we ship within 1-2  business day of  receiving  a cleared payment  to a physical address within the continental 48 states only. We  do  not  ship to  Alaska,  Hawaii,  and  Puerto  Rico at  the present  time. No shipping  to PO Boxes as well. You  will  receive an email  notification with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping International    We do not ship to international customers at the present time. No shipping to Canada.

Local Pick up    Unfortunately we at somethingatrony do not allow local pick up at the present time.

We want  you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  We are confident that you will be happy with the item.  We guarantee that  you will receive the item exactly  as described  and  pictured.  However,  if  you are not satisfied with your purchase,  you can return the item for a full refund  less any  shipping  charges. If  you received  free shipping  on your purchase,  we will deduct  the shipping  fees we had to incur to ship your order. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item for a a return authorization.  We will not accept any returns after 3 days from the delivery date. Please return the item in its original condition, with its box and packing materials. We must receive the return within 14 days. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.
